how to change the picture on the header?
Hello La La, Glad you like this theme.
To change the header image, just check the “header.jpg” in the images folder of the theme, edit it with your favorite graphic tool, and then upload “header.jpg” again. Good luck.
Sorry but this theme doesn’t support Wordpress 1.x, as well as others of our works. It’s recommended you upgrade your site.

I can’t get the comments to show up either, and I seem to have a problem getting the page navigation to work. The little hang tag of links doesn’t seem to work, as when I click on one, it takes be back to the main page. Can you please help?

The navigation links are set to home page as default. You can easily change it by editting header.php.
Find something like this: <div id=”navigation”>, after that the navigation links are listed, change to whatever you like, and enjoy your blogging.
Is it possibile (perhaps in the next version) change the girl in the header with a different image.
Now header.jpg has everything inside and the list of the pages is hardwired
